소렌토 요리의 비밀을 아는 사람들로부터 교육을 받게 됩니다. 현지인처럼 요리하는 모든 비밀을 배우고, 원료를 뇨키, 탈리아텔레, 가지 파미지아나 등과 같은 맛있는 요리로 변형합니다. 채식 메뉴도 제공됩니다.
