Had an absolutely fabulous time cooking with local chef, Carrie Welcome! Not only was Carrie an amazing cook, she was able to adapt her recipes on the fly to accommodate my allergies. We thoroughly enjoyed the fried tuna, steamed snapper, creamy garlic shrimp, rice and black beans, cauliflower, carrot, broccoli compilation and fried green plantain.
