Most try cooking local experience
We had the most amazing time at our cooking class! It was my 13 year old son’s first time taking a cooking class. He absolutely loved it.
Aletha is a warm, patient, and kind chef and welcoming hostess. The food was delicious.
Recipes easy to follow, most importantly, stories and customs that accompany them. My favorite part of traveling is immersing myself in local customs and trying to learn about communities, whether it be through cooking, local dances, calligraphy, pottery, etc. Sign up for...더 읽기

An Unforgettable Hawaiian Experience
We had such a great time with you! We learned about local traditional, history of the island, food culture and some serious rules about Musubi :) The food was delicious especially the butter mochi and the poke ! Merci !!!!

Foodie Fun
So glad to have found this class. Very fun. Well organized and educational. Good selection of local foods to prepare. Hands on. Recipes provided to make again at home. This was my first Musumi...to eat and to make. (Gotta try local eats when you travel.) I love poke but had never before made it....entire meal was lovely.
Absolutely recommended this 3 hour class if you are a foodie or if you just want a different local experience.

Great class!
Great experience- really enjoyed the class and hearing about the history and significance of the food we were preparing and eating. Everything we did was very approachable for us, and it was a great start to our tip in Kauai
