프로그램 세부사항
'알마'는 스페인어로 영혼을 뜻하는 단어로 정통 멕시코 요리가 시작되는 방식입니다. 가정 주방에서 Josefina(또는 Josefina의 아들 Jeronimo)와 함께 3시간의 실습 소그룹 요리 수업(6명으로 제한)에 참여하세요. Josefina의 개인 가족 레시피를 통해 멕시코 요리를 발견하고 맛보십시오. 이 요리 경험 동안 Cozumel의 현지 시장도 방문하게 됩니다. 현지 시장 상인들과 교류하고 집으로 재료를 가져와 낮잠 시간에 맞춰 균형 잡힌 멕시코 음식을 요리함으로써 멕시코에 대한 문화적 지식을 심화시키세요!
