Geronimo was so passionate and informed about Mexican food and cooking and how different foods impact the body, together with the delicious and plentiful dishes that tasted so good from simple ingredients, that he changed my mind about Mexican food. I was never a big seeker of Mexican food because where I live, there are only your standard Mexican servings that are kind of bland and not bad but not great. We met Jeronimo at the Juan Benito Juarez statue at exterior of Mercado Municipal. This gentleman was so informative and interesting, explaining the history of different foods in market and the uses. He discussed with us to give us options for our cooking class, asking us what we like to personalize our experience.
