Had a wonderful experience! Small group size was ideal for the hands on experience. Vivienne was a wonderful teacher who took time to explain everything as well as provide us with written instructions.
Vivian was wonderful! Fun, energetic and patient haha. We learned a lot about making croissants and pain au chocolate and also pastry baking in general. Would have loved to sign up for another class but unfortunately ran out of time. Next visit :)
Our chef, Leticia was amazing! Her welcoming smile, her love for baking, stories, and guidance made the class fun while educational. She made sure that we understood why we did certain steps in a particular order by explaining the outcome if we didn't follow the sequence. I will remember this class and the techniques I learned for a very long time!
Chef Leticia was great. She was friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. The class was very well organized from start to finish. If you like to bake, it's the perfect class.. Thanks Chef..
