Authentic Alfajores Experience
I really loved the experience. It was very authentic. I even had my first mate!🧉 Stephannie was really nice and gave great instructions. I would highly recommend the class.

Language is no barrrier when it comes to cookies!
Awesome experience! We travel a lot and we’re always looking for a different type of experience. Stephanie was great. We don’t speak Spanish and she doesn’t speak English but we didn’t let that stop us and we made excellent Alforjas!

Experiencia espectacular.
Nos encantó la experiencia de aprender a hacer alfajores de diferentes clases. Stephannie es muy conocedora, buena maestra, súper simpática y encantadora. Aprendimos mucho y nos llevamos una caja rica de alfajores. Recomiendo sin reservas este taller.

Authentic Mate, Delicious Alfajores, and Entertaining Conversation—What more could you ask for?
We had such a pleasant time trying two different ways of preparing mate and alfajores made from almost scratch. As someone who recently started drinking mate regularly who isn’t from a culture where it’s very common, it’s so great to get a step-by-step rundown of how Uruguayans prepare it themselves. I can’t wait to take what I’ve learned and try it for myself. And the alfajores were all so delicious! It’s no surprise that her other work involves making delicious desserts!
