+8장의 사진We had a fantastic day with Nuno! His English was excellent; his knowledge of the history of Portugal and the Douro Valley was incredible. He was very helpful on some of the more challenging parts of the ride. The vistas and views were incredible - as were the culinary and cultural experiences. Highly recommend without any hesitation!
This was an amazing day biking through vineyards, quaint villages and seeing the Portuguese landscape and people of the Duoro River. We started the morning off at a traditional bakery, followed by a private tour of a local winery and tasting! Enjoyed an excellent lunch of local fare and a boat trip down the Duoro to finish our day off. Nuno, our guide knew the area well as he grew up and is raising his family in the area. This was a fabulous experience biking through the vineyard with lots of history, wine tasting and seeing the countryside. It was a full day with a Duoro boat ride for the last hour
This tour is definitely worth the money! Our guide Vasco was not only accommodating but also incredibly informative and entertaining. We loved the boat trip, the bike ride through the charming town of Favaios and surrounding area, the quick stop at the local bakery, and the wine tour at the cooperative. Lunch was fantastic—a must-visit spot near the railroad with amazing views. An unforgettable experience and absolutely worth every penny!
Thrilling ride through the Douro countryside. Local guide whose love for the region bleeds through into his work. AMAZING local cuisine and drinks for lunch after. Off roading and great conversation to the local port co-op and very close-up private tour on production. One of favorite days on our trip. New company, don’t be scared by small number of reviews. You’re in good hands!
