+1장의 사진A wonderful experience led by ‘man of all trades’ and host with the most, Daniel and Chef Yuki who managed to lead 18 guests through cooking a 4 course Japanese meal with humour and incredible knowledge. Definitely recommend to any foodies out there!
Chef Yukiko's Japanese cooking class was an exceptional experience. Would highly recommend it for anyone interested in boosting their understanding of Japanese cooking or adding to their cooking skillset more generally. And it was a lot of fun too. Chef Yukiko's instructions were clear and she talked us through each of the steps needed to produce an entree of gyoza followed by three main course dishes. Was very impressed with the outcome! Can't wait to book to do another class with her.
Amazing cooking course by Yuki! We have made a number of the recipes at home and it’s just as amazing and yummy at home as it was in the school.
Had not done a cooking class before, although my wife had done a few. Did the Essential Thai with Yukiko which was a very good feed. We worked in teams of 6 (18 in a booked out class ) and she kept a good pace. Her one of a kind jokes kept us entertained to get the entree , 3 mains plus dessert, prepped , completed & eaten in the 4 hours. I did this as part of a friends birthday present, there were 4 of us, we met lots of lovely fellow foodies. We enjoyed Yuki's advice and humour. Daniel was an excellent host and the food and wine was amazing.
