An Amazing and Engaging Cantonese Cooking Experience
Chef Eva’s class was an incredible experience! We learned how to prepare different varieties of bao buns and pan-fried dumplings with a variety of delicious fillings. The class was very engaging, interactive, and entertaining, and Chef Eva explained each preparation with great knowledge and passion. The class felt less like teaching and more like sharing a kitchen with a good friend and a lovely family. And the market visit was such fun too!!! You have such a curious, playful spirit, and it made the whole experience a joy. I hope you keep exploring and growing on your chef’s journey. Great Traditional Cooking experience
Cooking with Eva offered a rewarding experience, revealing much about Cantonese tradition and technique. The time and careful handcrafting of CHAR SIEW Bun were well spent.

It does take time and patience to make those buns by hand, but that’s exactly where the tradition lives, and I’m happy you felt it was time well spent. It was such a joy having your family in the kitchen — watching your kid roll, fill, and shape her own mochi was honestly the best part. I loved seeing parents and kids create side by side, and the whole class felt relaxed and playful.

Such a great day
What a wonderful way to spend the day. Eva was amazing and I learned so many cool tips and tricks. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a personalised day cooking fabulous food and feeling like you’re hanging with your best friend.
