Chef Ramon was tremendous. Even though I cook almost every day, I literally learned something with each dish. Very healthy way to enjoy good cooking with a top chef .

Raymond is a very good teacher, an excellent cook. We signed up for another class from him, which will be in a couple days. We had the jambalaya, barbecue shrimp, and bread pudding class today. We’re going to go back for the root class. This class will have gumbo, étouffée and bananas foster

It was a very enjoyable experience . Cheif Connor was a great host . He showed extraordinary patience even thou we were running a few minutes late . He never made us feel like he was rushing us . He made the experience feel like we were back at home just with someone in our kitchen walking us through the process. Mark was our instructor and he did a good job. I was expecting to see some black instructors, since that is what was depicted on the advertisement at the time that I booked, however I didn’t. Perhaps they weren’t scheduled for that day… nonetheless, it was an experience that me, my sister and boyfriend enjoyed a lot.
