This day was so much fun. We were picked up on time from our hotel and visited a local market. Our guide taught us about the herbs and vegetables that we we later use in our cooking class. Next we had a ride on a bamboo boat and caught some crabs.
On to the cooking class which was so well run. All the ingredients were laid out for us and the staff maid Chef’s of us all. We then ate our cooking in the company of fellow travelers.

Cooking experience in Hoi-An
We were scheduled to be on a charming Hoi An City private tour but were unable to do this due to the flooding in the old town. Daisy made contact and offered this as an alternative tour and we absolutely loved it. The guide had excellent Englsih and took us through the local market, telling us lots about the food and people. Actividad pintoresca y divertida
Esta excursión es muy variada. Disfrutamos desde la visita al mercado hasta la preparación de nuestra propia comida. La actividad en las barcas de cesta es muy divertida y única en su tipo. La balsera que nos llevó al bosque de cocoteros era muy agradable, simpática y muy atenta. Nos hizo disfrutar mucho esta actividad. Nuestra guía fue muy profesional y paciente especialmente en la clase de cocina.
