Wonderful afternoon spent with Anh going to market to choose vegetables to cook for a late lunch. Anh speaks excellent English and can explain about the flavours and different ingredients and then demonstrate perfect tofu spring rolls. Yummy and good fun. Recommend!!

Memorable experience and well worth trying
We did a cooking class and a food tour (both vegetarian) with Anh and thoroughly enjoyed both. We were the only clients for both sessions and we enjoyed a very personal experience. For the cooking class, Anh took great care to explain all steps of preparing and cooking the ingredients and we were able to put his advice into practice as we actually cooked the food. The resulting meal was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Incredible morning and amazing meal
We went with another couple for the vegetarian cooking class. Anh came and met us at the hotel and took us to the market. It was great to wander with someone who knows what to look for and where to go. We then went on the make three I crédible dishes. It was great to chat with Anh and learn more about life in Hue. We finally sat down to eat a great meal together! It was delicious!

Awesome cooking experience!
My fiancé and I took Anh’s vegan cooking class and we had so much fun! Anh was super nice and very knowledge about Vietnamese cuisine and history. We spent the entire morning with Anh, first going to the local market and then cooking with him and he often took us for Hue salty coffee after the class :) the food was delicious and I know we will repeat these recipes at home.
