수업은 Roveagh에 있는 제 집에서 진행됩니다.
내 집에서 일하는 것은 다른 경험이며, 손님들은 내 주방의 가정적인 느낌을 즐길 수 있습니다. 제철에 스콘에 사용할 야채를 고를 수 있는 허브 정원을 통해 이야기할 수 있습니다.
