Very educational, and they’re very friendly, steps are so easy to follow. We enjoyed every minute of it. Worth every penny.
We made tirimisu, raviolis, fettuccini and mozzarella. Chef Ed and Chef Lina were excellent, explained lots and gave us recipes.
I could have done better on my own by just asking around. The money I spent for the two of us to be part of this, we could have splurged at one of the better restaurants.
