We had such an amazing time at this salsa cooking class! Not only did we learn how to make a variety of delicious salsas, but the experience went far beyond that. We also got hands-on with making fresh tortillas, tasty quesadillas, and even dessert—which was such a fun surprise. This is a very intimate experience. When I booked it I expected a classroom environment with 20 - 30 other people, instead it was Chef Luna, my wife and I in her apartment . My wife did it because she knew I would like it, but wasn't expecting to like it herself, instead she loved it. The ability to adjust recipes on the fly to handle allergies and spice level was great. Better though was the ability to just sit and talk and get to know her and her career. If you can't tell, I can't recommend it...더 읽기

My husband and I went to a phenomenal salsa cooking class while we were in Vegas. Chef Luna, from Mexico, is the real deal. We and two other people met in chef Luna‘s apartment. She had a perfect set up for each of us to help make four different sauces, homemade tortillas and delicious quesadillas on which to try the scrumptious salsas. She is really personable and had great cooking tips, even for four pretty well-versed home cooks. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who like salsa...더 읽기
