I has an interesting experience tasting wild flavors from the Amazon, highlands and coast, Jose shared fun facts about lots of ingredients, I enjoyed the pacae and the ungurahui in particular.

The variety of the food provided was astounding, all of the fruits and local snacks were really tasty and has a story, José enhanced the experience with food pairing and it's uses in cooking and other local folklore about their origin.

Juan Miguel gave an excellent presentaion of typical Peuvian foods, fruits and vegetables from all regions of the country. His mother assisted and shared her experiences growing up ona farm in central Peru. The food was excellent and they were gracious hosts. A very personal experience.
