프로그램 세부사항
이 하루 종일 투어에서 우리는 리스본 중심부의 부엌에서 어떻게 표현되는지를 통해 식민지 이후 포르투갈의 복잡한 이야기를 탐구할 것입니다. 우리는 시그니처 Cape Verdean 스튜, cachupa로 시작할 것입니다. 호미니가 가득하고 포르투갈 초리조가 박혀 있고 계란이 토핑된 이 버전은 자칭 "카추파의 왕"이 직접 준비한 것입니다. 우리는 앙골라의 커피와 상투메의 초콜릿을 가지고 노예 제도에 뿌리를 둔 이러한 상품과 자유 무역 표준을 향한 현재의 움직임에 대해 배울 것입니다. 우리는 브라질의 종교 아이콘을 판매하는 상점을 방문하여 포르투갈 왕실의 식민 주체가 수세기 동안 카톨릭 안에서 아프리카의 종교 전통을 위장한 방법에 대해 알아볼 것입니다.
