Chic, Charming & Cutesy. But I also learned a lot.
A charming little class in the Galleries Lafayette. Lasts around 1h30/45. A little tricky to find - take escalator to 3rd floor and look for the Concierge desk, it’s right beside it. Your instructor will demonstrate how to mix ingredients the French way to make macaron meringue, you will take it in turns to pipe the the instructor’s mixture. While they cook, you make the ganache fillings (one chocolate, one pistachio) and then pipe these into pre-made shells. Beautifully boxed to take home, and ...더 읽기

Sophie is very clear and helpful
The class is very informative, clear, and fun. I usually feel like I won’t remember the recipe during be course or the tips and tricks but for this class, Sophie made it simple and fun. I would definitely recommend and I intend on trying this out when I get back home.

A must! Enjoyed every minute.
I had a wonderful time and Joanne was a great instructor. Plenty of tips and got to take away some macarons. Well worth it.
