I learned a lot about how chocolate was made in a pretty fun way. It's free if you have the Swiss travel pass but affordable, even if you don't. They provide a lot of free chocolate samples of a lot of different foods of chocolate.
Un grand merci a David, le chocolatier, et à son adorable assistante Paula pour ce magnifique moment partagé avec mon petit ami. Nous avons adoré découvrir l'univers du chocolat et apprendre à réaliser nos truffes. David a partagé son savoir faire avec passion et générosité, et Paula a contribué a rendre l'expérience encore plus agréable grâce à sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur.
