안의 된장을 반죽으로 잘게 감싸는 방법, 도구를 이용해 나누어 선을 긋는 방법, 윗부분에 섬세한 장식을 얹는 방법 등을 배워보세요. 겉 반죽(반죽)을 함께 만들 수는 없지만, 원하시는 고객님께 레시피를 제공해 드립니다.
겉껍질 반죽을 배우고 싶으신 분들은 2시간 추가 수업을 요청해주세요. (이 특별한 수업은 자신만의 가게를 갖고 싶은 사람을 위해 제공됩니다.)
