프로그램 세부사항
만남의 장소는 오전 10시 30분에 카포 마켓(Capo Market) 입구 게이트인 포르타 카리니(Porta Carini)에서 진행됩니다. 이곳에서 쿠킹 클래스에 필요한 모든 신선한 재료를 구입하실 수 있습니다. 이후 우리는 매력적인 역사적 고귀한 XVII 센트에 위치한 우리 위치에있을 것입니다. Palazzo Asmundo라고 불리는 대성당 앞에 위치한 Palazzo. 여기에서 우리는 아침 내내 요리할 것입니다. 당신이 준비할 것은 요청에 따라 생선, 고기 또는 채식주의자를 기반으로 한 풀 코스 시칠리아 메뉴이며 총 3가지 요리입니다. 우리는 와인 한 잔과 함께 현지 올리브 치즈와 몬레알레 빵과 엑스트라 버진 올리브 오일로 시작합니다. 그러나 메뉴는 계절에 따라 변경됩니다. 수업 중에 요리사가 네브로디 공원 근처의 그녀의 땅에서 재배한 레몬으로 정통 시칠리아 리몬첼로를 준비할 것입니다.
요리 하루가 끝나면 셰프가 서명한 인증서와 집으로 가져갈 수 있는 홈메이드 리몬첼로의 작은 병을 받게 됩니다!
