Absolutely recommend!
This tour exceeded my expectations! Our guide, Joaquin, picked us up promptly from our hotel to start the day. (The van was comfortable and his driving excellent.) Joaquin provided interesting context of the region's history and culture both generally and of the specific places we visited. He answered our questions and was a fantastic host. The pacing and selection of vineyards, stop in Laguardia, and lovely lunch are well-curated. Absolutely recommend!

Fabulous tour day with Joaquin
The day spent with our guide Joaquin was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He picked us up right on time at our hotel and drove to our first stop, the Marques de Riscal winery, followed by a tour of the small town of La Guardia, then the Ysios winery, and finally lunch in another nearby small town. Lovely visit to Rioja with Anton
We booked a wonderful day trip to Ysios Winery and Marques de Riscal from San Sebastián. Anton was our very knowledgeable and friendly driver and guide. He not only knew a tremendous amount about wine, having also worked in wine tours in California, he also shared his knowledge of Spanish history. His English is impeccable. Anton was great and...
Anton was great and really informative. The wineries were amazing and Ysios was my favourite (tasting wise) but both were a great experience. Anton was kind, attentive and always willing to help out with any requests. A great day.
