We went to do the cooking workshop with Ismail and his sister and it was super fun! We prepared a Berber pizza and a delicious tagine at their house and then we ate it at their restaurant. Very pleasant treatment and a highly recommended experience if you are in the Merzouga desert 😍
We went with some friends to do a traditional cooking workshop and afterwards we ate everything we had prepared. It was a very nice experience, the food was delicious and both Ismail and his whole family were charming and very hospitable. They made us feel at home. A highly recommended experience if you visit the area!
We had an amazing time discovering the secrets of traditional Moroccan cuisine. The experience was authentic, welcoming, and full of delicious flavors. We learned how to prepare traditional Moroccan dishes, discovered local ingredients and spices, and enjoyed the warm hospitality of our hosts. The cooking class with Ismail and his family was great! Everyone was very friendly and we also laughed a lot. Really nice way to learn more about the Berber kitchen and a nice alternative for your regular lunch or dinner! True recommendation!
