I took this private Moroccan cooking class in Ouarzazate this April with Wafa, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. I first joined her couscous class, which was delightful that I came back for a second session to learn how to make bastilla. The classes were hands-on, and Wafa guided me through each step patiently. fantastic day The chef was attentive and thoroughly explained everything we wanted to know. The three hours flew by as we enjoyed making couscous with vegetables and chicken, and she send us a written copy of the notes to recreate the couscous at home.
