프로그램 세부사항
이 경험은 오래된 역사적인 설탕 밀가루 근처의 섬 북부의 평화로운 농촌 설탕 잔디 마을에서 모리티아 가족 생활의 순간을 공유하는 손님을 초대합니다. 워크숍은 자연과 마을 생활의 리듬에 둘러싸인 작은 농장 옆에 우리의 전통적인 야외 가족 주방에서 진행됩니다.
함께 우리는 신선한, 지역 및 계절의 재료를 사용하여 전체 모리티아 식사를 준비, 때때로 많은 가족이 여전히 그렇게 나무 불 위에서 요리. 손님들은 편안하고 친숙한 분위기에서 음식을 즐기기 위해 앉기 전에 요리에 참여합니다.
