프로그램 세부사항
저는 호스트 Catia입니다. 함께 우리 가족의 요리법과 역사를 통해 베네치아 전통 음식을 발견하러 갈 것입니다. 우리는 유럽에서 가장 오래된 시장 중 하나인 역사적인 시장을 방문할 것입니다. 시장의 역사에 대해 이야기하고 과일과 야채 끝 향신료로 가득 찬 다채로운 노점을 보게 될 것입니다. 그 후 우리는 집에 가서 처음부터 파스타를 만들 것입니다... 고대 압착기로 만든 전형적인 "비골리"(이런 종류의 압착기는 1600년에 발명되었으며 "비골라로"라고 불립니다)... 베네치아식 애피타이저인 치케티(Cicchetti)를 드시고 마지막에는 우리 지역에서 개발된 유명한 디저트인 티라미수를 만들어 보세요!
