A delicious experience!
We had a wonderful experience via this tour. We originally were slated for the Miss Manon location but our location was switched to Liberte' Patisserie Boulangerie elsewhere in the Marais. While this switch required us to jump on the Metro, it ended up being a gem of an experience. Very authentic. We were able to make baguettes, boules, financiers, and croissants. Be a Parisian and bake!
Amazing experience...highly recommend if you are hands on and not a museum person. We had the best time here!

Great baking experience
Had an amazing time. Ended up just being four of us. Really enjoyed it. Very nice and friendly people. Highly recommend this!!!

Traditional French baking at its best
Fantastic opportunity to be inside of a fully operational Bakery
Greeted with a coffee and some delicious pastries and of course croissants
Be aware if you’re mobility is a problem the narrow spiral stairs to the lower level could be a challenge
The class is for everyone and we made some fanciers cakes including making a brown butter on the hot plate for the mixture
And of course we ate the results straight out of the oven (so good)

We had a 10 day trip and this was our favorite tour by far! We were at Miss Manon in Paris and Morad was our guide. WE LOVED THIS CLASS. Cannot recommend enough!! We were served a drink and plate of goodies, then taken through the bakery. Morad showed us everything and was incredibly entertaining, knowledgeable, funny and friendly.
