We loved it! Our instructor Lora was extremely helpful and very nice and helped us make delicious macarons! The other group did not show up, so we ended up having a really nice private lesson.
It is a completely hands on experience! You learn technique in a fun relaxed bakery setting. Paulette was our instructor and was kind, a wonderful teacher, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
