Fantastic Pasta Making Experience

We had a great experience with Matteo. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The facilities were beautiful. So much fun and the food was delicious!

Chef Alessio is fantastic!

We loved our cooking class with Chef Alessio Magliozzi. It was in the heart of the old town of Montepulciano, just a few steps from our hotel in a beautiful historic building. Chef Alessio showed us how to prepare a lovely 3 course meal including typical Tuscan appetizer, main course of pasta and a dessert. We got to participate in the pasta making which was fun! His partner Emily spoke perfect English and provided wonderful translation and was so pleasant and helpful! The food was outstanding...더 읽기

Such a great pasta class. The hosts, Alessio and Emely, were wonderful. Her professional, open, warm and humorous nature opened our hearts and quickly made us forget our nervousness. The ambience was equally fantastic. The recipes are simple, very tasty and easy to recook. Both the pasta, which you actually make manually according to recipe, and the sauces (according to classic recipes) are fantassimo 🤩. The course is recommended for anyone who enjoys and is interested in great pasta dishes.

Amazing pasta cooking class. Brava!

My wife and I had a great time making pici and ravioli with Irene. We had a great laugh together and Irene thought that my wife would make a great pasta chef- me not so much. 😆 The pasta we made was delicious and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace. We would thoroughly recommend doing a cooking class with Irene.

Delicious Italian pasta meal with very friendly chef!

Delicious simple 3-course meal, with authentic Italian flavours. We learned to make two different types of pasta. Beautiful farm that uses its own products to realize it the cooking course. Wonderful experience!
