A very good experience. The private Indian cooking class with Aastha in Antwerp was well organized and strong in content. The explanation was clear and structured, with attention to both techniques and the use of herbs.
On a cold january evening me and my wife had a cooking class together with Aastha. Aastha is a very friendly lady and loves to cook all kind of indian dishes. Despite it being her hobby, everything was very professional. She received us into her private kitchen, about 3 kilometers outside the center of Antwerp. And in about 2,5 hours she explained us how to make a fresh Tikka masala, Parathas in different styles and a nice smelling Masala Chai. If you like Indian food, this is a nice experience!
