We booked Chef Jorge for a private dinner during our stay in Playa del Carmen and it was honestly one of the highlights of the trip. The food was excellent, fresh, well balanced, and beautifully plated; but what we appreciated most was how relaxed the whole experience felt. I think Jorge has really put himself fully into creating something what suits to a specific client/costumer, no matter what the timing or occasion is. It's a highly skilled chef with very good welcoming,warm,educational and directly pointed touch to create an experience which you will make to remember through time. Jorge is truly an amazing cook and mentor. His love for food and teaching other people really makes you fall in love with cooking all over again. He has a calming attitude and is very accommodating, coming into the rental villa we had. Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to be taught by someone with so much passion for food!!!

We had an incredible evening with Chef Jorge! From the moment he arrived, everything felt effortless - he took care of every detail, cooked with passion, and made us feel completely at ease in our own space. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, perfectly balanced and full of local touches. Beyond the food, Jorge’s energy and kindness made the whole experience unforgettable. It truly felt like having a five-star restaurant in our home. Highly recommended!
