프로그램 세부사항
바다가 내려다보이는 탁 트인 테라스를 갖춘 저희 집은 역사적인 중심지에서 몇 걸음 거리에 있습니다. 여러분이 적극적으로 참여하게 될 과정 동안 우리는 현지 전통의 전형적인 요리법(마카로니 알 페레토, 스트롱아투라, 황새치, 건어, 기름 보존 식품, 건조 토마토, 절인 고기 및 현지 치즈)을 만들고 전형적인 현지 요리법을 사용합니다. 이탈리아 영토의 가장 대표적인 요리법(피자, 카르보나라, 노르마, 아란치니, 카놀리...)이 부족하지 않을 것입니다. 채식 메뉴의 가능성. 예약 시 음식 과민증 및 알레르기에 대해 알려주셔야 합니다. 사전에 합의한 현지 시장 방문 가능.
