Tomaso was best host!
This cooking class was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Sardinia. Our host Tomaso was incredibly patient, warm, and welcoming, and took the time to share not only the recipes but also the culture, traditions, and stories behind Sardinian food.
We dined at some amazing restaurants throughout Sardinia, but this experience, the food, the wine, the conversation, and the VIEW! , was by far one of the most memorable.

It was fun and delicious...
It was fun and delicious and we got to see a beautiful sunset. I think the pasta and tiramisu were very easy to cook with tomaso’s instructions.

Wonderful cooking class in chef's home restaurant
Corina is a knowledgeable chef. She made everything easy and accessible.The best part of the class was learning to roll sardinian gnochetti and stuffing ravioli. We had a lovely time and the food was delicious. The only improvement would have been to also make the sauces and also make a sardinian dessert instead of tiramisu. But host and her husband Simone were perfect hosts-friendly, warm and fun! Highly recommended!

Amazing experience!
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, the atmosphere was warm, inviting and full of good energy. The hosts were not only incredibly kind but also truly knowledgeable and passionate about their cooking.
All in all, I’d highly recommend this class to anyone who loves good food, great company and genuine hospitality!

My experience
I was surprised how much I have learned in such a short time, the Italian couple gave everyone a warm welcome and explained everything very good. The little group of people was also a very nice mixture, Australia, the UK, and I from the Netherlands. I am going to make recipes at home for sure. It was a wonderful experience, thanks!
