Amazing cooking class in Sicily
My wife and I had an amazing experience at the cooking class hosted by Gianfranco and his mother Maria. They made us very welcome and taught us so much about making three different kinds of pasta. The wealth of knowledge that Gianfranco had to share was outstanding. Please arrive with room in your stomach for you will not only eat the meal that you helped prepare but a lot of other scrumptious food as well. beautiful winery, beautiful family and delicious food.
Beautiful winery, beautiful family and delicious food. I will definitely be making the dishes when I get home. The food we cooked was served with wine and the wine was excellent. Really loved the sparkling Rose' and ended up buying a bottle of the Zibbibo and some olive oil to take home with me.

Best Cooking Class - Cannot Miss!
We had the MOST wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were treated as family. We were taken on a culinary journey as Gianfranco, Linda, & Mama Maria shared with us the rich culinary history of Sicily and Marsala. We learned how to prepare a most delicious 3 course meal which we then ate! Each course was paired with wine grown by the family, perfectly matched and memorable.
