프로그램 세부사항
와인, 파르미지아노 레지아노, 모데나의 전통 발사믹 식초 등 3가지 유명 제품의 생산 단계와 이들이 이탈리아 문화에서 수행하는 역할을 알아보기 위한 푸드 밸리 중심부에서의 독특한 미식 여행입니다.
농부들이 직접 음식과 와인을 시음하고 마지막에는 식초 공장이나 저장고에서 점심 식사가 포함된 3가지 가이드 투어에 음료가 포함되어 있습니다.
투어가 끝나면 전형적인 제품을 기반으로 한 맛있는 점심 식사가 제공됩니다.
NB 단계는 물류 변경을 겪을 수 있으며 생산자는 나열된 것과 다를 수 있습니다.
