Authentic Moroccan cooking class and traveling experience! One of the best we’ve had!
We traveled Morocco for 2 weeks and this was by far one of our favorite experiences and one of the best meals we had! Mohamed and Fouzia were so incredibly kind, warm and welcoming. We felt right at home and were immediately greeted with pastries and tea. Mohamed showed us around his neighborhood and we walked to a local market for some fresh ingredients for our lunch. Outstanding Cooking Class
We really enjoyed our cooking class with Mohamed and his wife Fouzia. There were three aspects of the experience that made it a five-star event:
We learned a lot - Fouzia is a trained chef and she was able to walk us through the preparation of several Moroccan dishes such as chicken tagine, loubia, and hummus.
We enjoyed ourselves tremendously - Mohamed and his family are welcoming and engaging, and we had a good time getting to know them and hearing about Moroccan culture. Mohamed speaks man...더 읽기

Excellent evening
My wife and I were lucky enough to have dinner with Sandro and his wife on the 25th of August. Sandro works at the Cordon Bleu so his food was splendid. As my wife is vegan and I am vegetarian, he expertly created a menu that worked for us covering vegan takes on Peruvian dishes. He and his wife were both quite friendly and we very much enjoyed getting to know them.
