산미겔 데 아옌데에 있는 현지 가정을 방문하여 정원 가꾸기와 요리를 좋아하는 따뜻하고 역동적이며 유쾌한 멕시코 할머니(전직 소아과 의사) 이사벨에게서 스페인 정복 이전의 멕시코 요리 기술을 배워보세요! Isabel은 자신이 직접 디자인한 집과 정원에서 개인적이고 정통적인 실습 멕시코 요리 수업을 제공합니다. Isabel은 스페인 정복 이전 요리에 대해 믿을 수 없을 정도로 열정적입니다. 문화와 요리에 대해 배우는 것 외에도 고대 밀파 농업 기술(일명 세 자매의 음식 재배 방법)에 대해 배우게 됩니다! 채식주의자도 환영합니다. 이사벨에게 미리 알려주시기 바랍니다.
