The true flavor of Morocco with NEW Friend
A family welcomes us into their home and treated us like their family , stories about food and how to prepare in tagine on stove top . Food was served on table in tagine and was so moist and flavorful we must try this in our home when we return home . Fantastic experience.

Good instruction on foods and cooking.
Very friendly chef- Younis, who greeted us, guided us around the stalls of food and spices which, will be our ingredients for cooking. Enjoyable instructional class learning how to prepare and cook; picked up some useful tips! There were diners coming in for lunch and saw us cooking. It created a bit of a fun atmosphere.

Excellent cours de cuisine
Nous avons effectué le cours de cuisine au restaurant Dar EL Médina à Rabat. Le chef Youssef à été super, on voit que c'est un chef passionné qui a plaisir à partager sa passion. Nous avons appris plein de choses sur la cuisine marocaine et tout était bien expliqué en français. Les plats réalisés étaient très bons, je recommande sans hésiter le prix est à la hauteur de la prestation offerte.
