창립자 주도 투어. 마하라니 진과 아일랜드 유일의 압생트의 본고장인 Rebel City Distillery, 50년 만에 Cork 시 최초의 증류소를 경험해 보세요. 시내 중심가에서 도보로 단 15분 거리에 있습니다. 2020년에 설립된 Rebel City는 코크의 유서 깊은 항만 지역에 새로운 생명을 불어넣는 수제 증류소입니다. 수십 년 동안 휴면 상태였던 코크 랜드마크인 오래된 포드 자동차 공장(Ford Car Factory)에 위치한 이 증류소는 과거의 혁신을 활용하여 미래의 창조에 영감을 줍니다. 두 가지 창의적 문화의 융합. 첫 번째 출시인 Maharani Gin은 창립자의 뿌리인 아일랜드 코크와 인도 케랄라에 남편과 아내 팀인 Robert와 Bhagya가 태어난 곳을 기념합니다. 마하라니(Maharani)는 여왕을 의미하며 모든 곳의 강한 여성에 대한 찬사이자 식물의 원산지인 인도 케랄라의 여성 유기농 농업 협동조합에 대한 찬사입니다. 우리는 아일랜드 유일의 압생트(Absinthe)도 제조하고 있습니다.

It was a lot of fun. Very intimate because it's it's a husband or wife operation which they're trying to expand. We learned a lot about the process of making gin which was new to me.
