프로그램 세부사항
투어는 와인 메이커를 만나고 포도원과 지하실을 방문하는 Antico Casale에서 멈 춥니 다. 와인이 어떻게 생산되는지 배우고 포도 나무에서 신선한 포도를 맛볼 수도 있습니다.
와이너리 투어를 마친 후에는 테이스팅 세션을 위해 이곳에서 생산되는 3 가지 종류의 와인을 맛보실 수 있습니다.
가장 먼저 맛보실 와인은 흰색 Frascati DOCG입니다. 즉, 와인의 원산지 지정이 보장됩니다. 두 번째는 보호 된 지리적 표시가있는 적포도주 IGP입니다. 마지막으로 달콤한 Cannellino 와인을 맛보십시오.
각 와인은 로마 피자 또는 올리브 오일과 같은 맛있는 이탈리아 특산물과 정원의 계절 과일 및 채소와 짝을 이룹니다.
