We arrived to a heartwarming welcome from Alessandro. We were then treated to a mini guided tour of the exterior of the Palace of Portici and a Brief history lesson. Following this we returned to the cookery school where school and its immaculate kitchen. The rest of the morning was spent preparing fresh ravioli of ricotta and lemon with sauce made from local tomatoes and basil. We also learned how to make the classic tiramisu. It was a real pleasure to welcome you and share not only our cooking class, but also a small part of the history, traditions, and atmosphere that make Portici and our land so special. I’m very happy you appreciated the authentic spirit of the experience — this is exactly what we hope to create: not simply a cooking lesson, but a warm moment to share together, just like at home with friends.
Your ravioli and tiramisu were fantastic, and the conversation around the table made the experience even more memorable for me as well.

Once in a lifetime experience
We did the cooking class with Alessandro.
We’re Italians and this was a TRULY local experience. Alessandro is amazing, super welcoming and made us feel at home.

Beyond expectations!
My husband and I treated ourselves to this cooking experience to do an activity together that was different than usual. The search was complex because we were looking for a body that was reliable, so we chose the place that inspired us the most... And I must say that we were more than happy with our decision!
