It was just wow. Everything was delicious, but the most special thing was the experience: they told us that we were the first Colombians to attend, as they usually receive foreigners, and that made it even more unique! It was amazing to rediscover our own cuisine, flavors and traditions from another perspective. Sometimes, being Colombian, we don’t size up the diversity we have. We're both super, super, super grateful to Juan Diego, Ana, and Odilia. These 3 beautiful people will make you feel at home, let you do as much (or as little) as you want, and walk you through proper selection of ingredients, the history behind each dish, and how each can vary across different regions. They're very kind, very welcoming, very understanding, passionate, and incredibly professional. 10/10 glad we booked this. It is an experience I will cherish for life.

Taking a cooking class in Medellín with Chef Juan and his wife was an unforgettable experience.
