We had such a wonderful time at this cooking class, it was truly a highlight of our trip! The whole experience felt warm and welcoming, thanks to the lovely mother Maria and son Gianfranco who hosted us. They made us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. Gianfranco gave us a warm welcome in his amazing family home. After a short tour in his farm he explained the concept of the whole evening with a delicious sparkling wine to start. Not only it was a cooking class for pasta making but there was also an entire wine tasting experience, which was a nice surprise. We had such a great experience with Gianfranco and his parents. They were so lovely in telling us the story of their farm and teaching how to do Pasta the Sicilian way. After four hours of talking and cooking (not even quite boring) me and my girlfriend are the delicious meals: Anti Pasti, Self Made Pasta, Self Made Ravioli, Self made Tiramisu and self made dessert pasta (with chocolate and ricotta, very good!)
