I had a wonderful time at this cooking class! Dee were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun from start to finish. I loved exploring the local market and learning about traditional ingredients. The dishes were easy to follow, delicious, and something I can now make at home. A great cultural experience—highly recommended!
We had a wonderful experience with Dee. Our tuk-tuk driver took us to a local market and talked to us about the vegetables being sold in the market. He then took us to Dee's home, where she has a lovely covered cooking porch inside her beautiful garden. We each prepared three Khmer dishes. We both chose to start with a green mango salad. My 2nd dish was Samlor ktis. My husband had Amok fish. We had an option for dessert, but since we don't like sweets we chose a vegetable dish for our third dish...더 읽기

Today we had a very nice cooking course from Dee and her team. First we went for a tour of a local market. The cooking course started with a tour and explanation in their own vegetable/herb garden and then we started working. Dee is super enthusiastic and explains how to do it well. I would definitely recommend this cooking course!
