Owar and his assistant made this cooking class an absolute highlight of our time in Cartagena. The kitchen is set inside a gorgeous historic building in the walled city — a beautiful and atmospheric space to spend an afternoon. Well run cooking school in a new modern building in the old city. They paid exceptional attention to the allergy needs of the guests, the facility was super clean, the chefs are fantastic and all the helpers made for a smooth experience. We loved what we cooked!
