An unforgettable chocolate experience in Mexico City
An absolutely exceptional chocolate experience in the heart of Mexico City at Chima Cacao. Everything about this workshop was superb, from the beautifully curated setting to the depth of knowledge and warmth of our host, Ruth. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and engaging, and more than happy to answer every question we had throughout the experience.

Wonderful
Very beautiful experience. Ruth welcomed us into her home. She is really kind and offered us a very personalized experience. She briefly informed us about the history of cocoa. We were able to learn about and taste 6 different cocoa beans, but also several pieces of chocolate, and actively participate in the preparation of several hot chocolates chosen according to our tastes. Increíble degustación, desde que llegas, la vibra del lugar es súper cálida y te hace sentir súper a gusto. La cata está súper bien armada, te invitan a disfrutar el olor y la textura del cacao antes de probar su chocolate, que la verdad es una delicia.
