We were a family of four visiting Busan on MSC Bellissima. I had made a pretty packed itinerary and honestly wasn’t sure everything could be covered. HyoungHwa picked us up exactly on time in the promised 2026 Kia Carnival, super clean, spacious and comfortable.

If I could give more stars I would. This was the best day of our entire trip. We were met at the port by Hyoung Hwa who took us on a fantastic day of touring. She is personable and knowledgeable about history, art scene, and food. We drove all over Pusan and had many different dishes that I am sorry to have left behind. Excellent tour ever! It was a perfect a day tour to see highlights with local food tastes on our first day in Busan. We loved the variety-driving by sights walking around Busan’s popular attractions. All included food was delicious! We had a Korean traditional table for lunch, a couple of street snacks, and cool home-made draft beer that made us chill out.
