We had no idea what to expect, so this was one of life’s great surprises!! Chef Dat and his colleague were fantastic. Very knowledgable and sharing lots of information about the food and the culture. The food, the experience and the people were first class.
Chef Dat's tour combined a selection of Nha Trang's best local food with interesting stories of the town's history and culture! We went to several locations that we never would have found on our own, and we really felt like we were able to sample the real local culture in a manageable amount of time. Chef Dat is very knowledgeable about the food and the local people, and he's a skilled driver of the motorbike that gets you from place to place throughout the tour. Fantastic introduction to the local Nha Trang cuisine, some of the best street food ive had. Chef Dat is so experienced and shares valuable knowledge on food origins and the history of VN.
Chef Dat gives a good tour of the city and good explanation of the interesting food he takes you to. He is very good company.
Dat and team showed up early, we really appreciated that. The tour is done on scooters, which adds to the whole experience of being in Vietnam. The tour was and is street food, but Dat gave us so much more. He shared the history of Nha Trang with us. When you visit the city this a must-do experience.
