Cornelia was a delightful teacher - entertaining and also thoughtfully helping us understand so much about wine/bubbles in a short amount of time. Highly recommend this session if you want a unique experience, while tasting a few kinds of bubbles along the way.

So happy I booked this tour because I learned a lot about sparkling wines and Prosecco. This was my first event after arriving in Milan and I loved it. Cornelia set the bar high! She was knowledgeable, walked us through the processes of different types of bubbles and helped us understand how our senses inform how we feel about the wine we drink.
