The day started with a little delay... because life happens. Even though we were off to a late start, I never felt rushed. Pedro took me to the most enjoyable spots, starting with a little winery where I got to learn about the wine-making process and terroir, before diving into delicious wine and a local platter with the best fig marmalade.
